Ok I brought a note 10 and was told after she hard reset it in front of me that I didn't need anything else to get it to work so I get home go to set it up still asking for the Google account associated with the phone well the women for 3 days now has ignored my messages and my calls help me please so I didn't just waste 350$ on a phone I can't use oh and I have no computer to use either

Hello I currently have this exact type of phone the samsung galaxy note 5 i had bought from someone online and they didnt tell me about the google lock on it so i have been having an awful time trying to figure out some type of way to unlock it and be able to use it. I am really good with tech stuff but self taught and just have hit a road block so before paying a ton of cash to someone for doing this for me when im pretty well capable i figured i would try again and came across your video and would very much appreciate any sort of help you can assist with seeing how it looks like you know your stuff Thank you so much

Samsung J-3 Prime can you get in locked

I have a Samsung galaxy s8 and i forgot my pattern password. A site told me if i use google find my phone i can create a new password to enter into my phone by pressing secure device. Did not work and now i am even more stuck in the mud. If I try doing a family reset will it ask me for my pattern password?
.I know factory reset will erase my data but is there some way to retrieve the data?
