My problem is as south african i still use the old green book as my id.. Now i am attempting to go and get my new id card.. But im afraid i just not wil make it in time.. I can see on my pi app theres cut off time for pi kyc.. However regardles i wil go and donit anyway.. Just hope i can dobit succsesfull in time period.

Scan documents as good as posible they show you how to hold your phone,I sugest you use the document with best picture , live verification not that important to smile or move face, but don’t do it with other people near you, if some one else apears in video it can be rejected because 2 people, if you try to help someone else stay behind the phone & wait untill it’s over

I submitted the nin slip but still i get rejected for this bcos i don't know kinda off my DOB isn't on the nin slip and I'm confused .
