I have that combo pan. Genuinely is a fantastic set, use it all the time. Although as always with lodge the factory seasoning is meh

I love the amazing duo and can't wait to bake for the final product, I only had two questions tho. How much water are you using to mix with the 18 grams of salt? And after the 20 minutes baking at 500°f with the lid on, you lower the temp to 450°f and remove the lid, but how much longer is it left in at the lower temp? Thank you!

I’m confused, during the first steps. They added a “starter” what is that started made out of? Even in the online cooking recipe it just says mature starter. Any tips?

Josh teaching Andrew is probably the best tutorial I could hope for.
Andrew makes very small but significant mistakes and is honest about them, and Josh gently corrects and brings it to the level necessary to make it almost perfect.
A very interesting dynamic, and a very helpful look into dough.
