How do I factory reset my arctis pro the lights don’t work and mic does not work

just bought this model with gamedac, unfortunately i do not understand how can i connect through bluetooth with my mobile phone or pc. Can somebody help ?

On the website it says how to connect it to Playstation and PC, but not the Xbox. Does it not function/ function properly with Xbox such as the voice chat, audio, etc?

Steelseries did a great job with this one I would recommend this(wireless headset)

I had my last steel series headphones for 5+ years i think.
Many more years than i had expected.

But the current hinge placement used for the earcups is a poor build choice as it breaks before warranty (that costs you guys alot of money..)
Change that, it looks neat, but it simply does not work in terms of not breaking from just normal usage.

And the volume nob is now towards the back, meaning if you have a pillow behind your head or laying in bed, then the volume nob will move when the head moves.

Take a few steps back, i paid 350 euro for a quality product and would gladly do it again if the build quality goes back to the former models.
The local shop now even writes in warranty note "standard problem with hinge" :/.

I ordered the Artic Wireless Pros Sunday, they were supposed to be sent to me yesterday, but only a shipping label was sent to FedEx - not a package.

Now, Steelseries has not responded back to my ticket, inquiring where's my package. Can someone there please respond to this?

Can I please have the information about the power supply for this headset? I want to be able to have it on at all times.

Replaced my old siberia 800 with the arctis pro wireless . Holy cow , i love this headset . I  knew they would be good , but they actually blown me away . The audio is so good . Steelseries all the way .

I was wondering about Arctis Pro the Wireless version.
1. Is there a mic monitoring? Am I hearing myself in headphones?
2. Is there a chat volume that decrease the game volume, while increasing chat volume?
Anyone know?
