I can't even imagine how to live in NY, I have a panic attack just by watching the video
Ответить3000000 a month that building makes every month on rent...
ОтветитьI would never pay 6,000 for an apartment my house payment is 790 / month :)
ОтветитьAre u serious? This certainly isn't the smallest apartment.Londons apartments(studios) are smaller!! And u have an outside space!
Ответить6250 per month? what do people in new york do to afford that?
ОтветитьWhere is the tiny box apartment?
Ответитьmy mortgage payment is a quarter of that and i own over an acre of land
ОтветитьImagine earning what most people would consider to be a really good salary and you end up living like this.
Ответить$4900 is fucking ridiculous. I will NEVER go to New York in my life. It's one of the worse cities in the world. New York and California are two states that should cease to exist.
ОтветитьI miss NY every day... might have to help me find a place next summer when my baby graduates from her country side HS
ОтветитьThis video is from months ago. Can you imagine it now with all the illegals invading these bldgs.
ОтветитьAh, New York. Rent a renovated closet for five thousand bucks. Look at that view of your bank account shrinking.
ОтветитьI would never pay for this
ОтветитьWTF.. this is NOT a tiny-box apartment...
ОтветитьI feel like every one of his videos have incorrect titles haha. That must be his niche... deceit.
Ответить"tiny"... lol. for 5000 a month? sure, but in general, that is not tiny apartment.
ОтветитьSince you say you lived in this area for 7 years where did you live and how much did you pay?
ОтветитьLooking at these videos i really feel like wanting to visit NYC. I've never set a foot in the USA yet while i see it my entire life via internet. Must be so interesting to be there for real 😀
ОтветитьFunny how the Asian dude barely speaks english but owns this expensive real estate in a english speaking country hahahahahaha
ОтветитьYOU ARE A FOOL
Ответитьi dont see any nice view there 80% of view is it's the building opposite and and the rest is the remains of the view.
ОтветитьSo where is the Tiny part at? Seems pretty average to me.
Ответитьit appears extreme Liberal cities are for the rich, the leftists falsely claim to be on the side of the poor but in reality they are the enemy of the poor. see california for example where middle class and below cannot afford to have lodging in urban areas. each extreme liberal state/city seems to be very expensive, grossly immoral, very high crime in urban areas, etc. depressing
Ответить4900? buddy if you leave the city a apartment of that quality is prolly 600 dollars a month, that is straight up section 8 quality, city living is for rich people who don't know how to be rich
ОтветитьCash i have a terrable fear of hights when ilookdown and im on a higerfloor it makes you thing suppose i slip and fall so i never go higer then the fourth floor fo nothing you must come down to me nomatter what likw now your showing high floors like you do alot i dont watch i fill like i might slip lots of people i talk to say the same thing lucky cash youdont have that fear. Smile love all your shows and yourfamily trips im 77 your show is fun thanks
ОтветитьTwo words to describe what I've seen in this video: Dystopian Hellscape.
ОтветитьI have been watching a few NYC apartment videos lately, for some reason I can't explain I find them sort of unwelcoming, cold if you will. Maybe it is because they are empty and unfurnished, if I got to see them fully furnished and decorated, I might change my mind
ОтветитьYou couldn't pay me enough to want to live in that ocean of humanity.
ОтветитьYour obviously a democrat
ОтветитьThat first apartment is fire ! I've seen such shitholes for 4k, that terrace is INSANE, what a place ..
ОтветитьNo way, no thanks, must be an awful existance
ОтветитьI lived there with two roommates, it wasn't that bad.
Ответить"Lots of cabinets" LOL
Ответить$4900 a month for that, absolutely ridiculous price. Who on earth could afford that.
ОтветитьDuring these days, who wants to live and work in NY? ARE YOU KIDING ME?
Ответить$60,000 a year in rent for an apartment. Sounds affordable.
ОтветитьThis guy cracks me up. Funny without meaning to. 😊
Ответитьhow much does each store you mention pay you? ridiculouts, but good job against the gullible. is that fair , though, taking advantage of the unwise?
ОтветитьI would like to see the views after dark.
Ответить4900 per month on rent. What a waste of money.
Ответитьonly thing stopping me from moving to the city is the fact im an isles fan
ОтветитьSeriously.... almost 60k a year for a ONE bedroom apartment? In the south that would get you a massive house in a nice neighborhood or a slightly smaller(but still big) house with a shocking amount of private land.
ОтветитьNeither of those were tiny in anyway…waste of time on all your videos…unsubscribed
Ответить690 homes is not an "entire city"
Ответить$4900 a month hahahahaha what a joke. I feel sorry for people that have to pay that much
You can rent a 4k sq ft house with 5-6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms 3 car garage and a huge yard in Texas for less than that.
That landlord is making.. (690 units x $4900 month x 12 month)... assuming all units from studios to 2 br average out dollar wise... That is $40,572,000 a year!! Crazy money 💵
ОтветитьWhat about hospital bills when I'm mugged on day one?
ОтветитьThat's not tiny
ОтветитьHow, in any imagination, is THAT considered a "good view"? I will never be able to rationalize why people choose to live so poorly in the city when a better life is just a thirty minutes away. No offense but I've been in cities and I get the hell in and out as fast as possible. The noise, too much artificial light, the smell of garbage and sewers, crime, cramped spaces..... I don't get it. I pay $1,200 a month for a 3,000 square foot home, with 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms, on a full acre of land, with deer, squirrels, rabbits, turkey, racoons, chipmunks and fruit trees, on the edge of a small town of 5,000 people AND, with a great view of Toronto at night ...... all the way on the other side of Lake Ontario.
Ответить4900 USD?? how can people afford this city
Ответить
