Refund Status: Your Tax Return is Still Being Processed| What to do if it's more than 21 days?

Haven't got mine for the past 2 years, going on 3, amd because of that, been living off credit and in debt 😢

Mines say this before the 21 days waiting on 23 to see what it says after then

Did any one get a letter that their tax return wasn’t filed correctly? My mother called her tax preparer and they said not to respond to the letter because it was a scam. It’s August now and we filed in February, still no state taxes. We received Federal, though. What the heck is going on?

8 months later, it is STILL processing. SMH. I hate the IRS. They are eager to take your money and put you in jail if you do not pay them, but when you are expecting money back from them, there can be all sorts of delays and whatnot.

I am still waiting and never got anything in the mail I filled on January 28

I filed I'm February and it's August...... they sent letters asking for more time to delay "3" times... mean while you call to expedite the refund and Noone pick up because they are "backed up". ... but they just hired 60000 new employees to train how to arrest ppl..... mean while I need MY money to pay rent and food

I completed my taxes June 17th. On July the 5th I received a letter from the IRS in the mail stating that I need to verify. I verified immediately on that day. It said completed and it will take 9 weeks. Today is exactly 5 weeks from the day I verified my ID.. Where's my refund is still saying, your taxes are still being processed. 🤷🏽

Hi so I have the CTC and gave to my tax preparer never had issues did them February 25 seen the receive my taxes march 11 then where my refund states still processing and now stuck there I tried to get transcript but they only have 2021 no letter no notification nothing so what the hell are they doing so sick of this someone replied I would receive it in 90 and the last week of the month it will be 90 days can you please let me know if there’s anything else I can do thank you

we filed our return on Feb 12 2022 for our 2021 return and to this day still have not received our refund. in 2 days it will have been 90 days since we filed. I've called the IRS and they said our return is in the errors resolution department and pretty much just sits there until someone gets around to looking at it, doesn't mean anything is wrong with it either.

Been waiting sense Jan 27. I got through today (04/19/22 ) the issue was I had to verify my identity

I had to file out the identification verification on the irs website. That’s why mine was delayed

HELP I filed through H and R Block on Jan. 26 and it was accepted and completed my status is they are processing my payment. I don't owe anything and there is no reason for them to delay my payment. I'm in a financial hardship and I need my refund. I haven't received my 2020 refund yet because they needed me to verify my identity which I did. H and R Block set me up with an Emerald Card for direct deposit and I want to get my 2020 payment that way too. But I have no idea how to get these people to help me and give me my money, Can you Help me? They are not holding it back for further review they are just not paying me.

I applied Jan 29 an it got accepted the 29 of Jan and I called my local IRS to set up a meeting but the lady said that I could take up the 10 weeks from January 29 to process my e-file so it’s saying still processing but if it’s going by 10 weeks then it should be processed by the ninth or the 10th of next week I don’t know I didn’t get no letter from my house or my baby moms house I didn’t get no other code red code I got was 152
