pretending to shower with this noise while i game in my shower if i turn it on my pc will break and i have no idea how to get it out

So question, does anyone else find it easier to use the bathroom with the shower running, or is that just me?

As a kid I would use this sound to trick my parents believing me showering.

I have always loved showers, especially laying on the bathroom floor listening to someone in the shower. My cousin and I did that a lot as kids. We’d take turns listening. Takes me back. I’m someone who also who has good memories of laying by the tub with a towel over me and a towel pillow under my head. As the water got higher, I’d feel little drops splash on my face and it was so tingly and wonderful. Sometimes the light would be on or off. There were also times I would get in the empty tub, turn water down low to hear it trickle out and feel the warm water slowly rise up over my body. More tingles. From childhood until my early 50’s I would do this when I needed a break from life. I don’t have a tub now, so this helps bring back those good memories.

For years I thought I was the only one that did this. Glad to know there are many others who have benefited from this wonderful therapy. Reading your stories as I listen makes it twice as good. Thank you for sharing! Be well all.

As I’ve gotten older, I’ve started loving just the feeling of a perfect temp shower on my scalp after a long tiring day. I don’t know why but the cool shower on my face and back is better than hanging out with people.

this may be so weird but my gf broke up with me this morning and i’ve literally been crying and sick all day and somehow this audio and sittin in front of my heater combined has just made me feel 100 times better. like i just feel warm and comfortable and ik im bout to get the best nap of my life

I low key start to get anxiety after a while of the "water being on too long" 😅

When i was a kid i used to love waking up in the early 4am mornings to the sound of this and my parent taking a shower. Its so warmly hypnotic and i love falling back to sleep to it.

The sound of showering has helped me a lot I would turn on the shower when ever I was feeling anxious or stressed and the sound and the hot water would just wash all that away down the drain

I love this. I can't do the "rain to fall asleep" videos cause they're always thunderstorms and I don't dig thunder and can't stand lightning, due to my mental illness. But I love the sound of water. 🤷‍♀️

Whenever I’m showering it feels so relaxing, so much to where once I get out only then do I realize how much time has passed. It’s like my mind just wanders into a vast world of imagination. Or simply like a time skip

My fingers are dryed up now

I used to lay outside the door of the bathroom with my ear to the ground as a child because this was so soothing to hear as background noise, especially from another room. I still lie down beside the shower before getting into it sometimes to replicate that soothingness (if that is even a word).
