Does anyone have a solution on how to secure a lens with a filter so that you don't have to remove the filter and can put the cover on?
ОтветитьYou are so much fun and I have learned a lot from you - thank you!!
ОтветитьWill bloom in davinci resolve give me the same results?
ОтветитьI bought the Tiffen 1/8 Black Pro MIst, but shortly after I had bought the Variable ND Filter swift system from Nisi. Would you recommend I return the Tiffen 1/8 to grab the Nisi Swift 1/8 black mist? I don't have experience applying mist and Variable ND filters together but I feel like it'd probly be smarter to have the same eco system of VND Filter / Black mist if I plan to combine em. I cant find any videos where the NIsi and Tiffen are combined for looks but i'd imagine its not that uncommon.
ОтветитьI like the filter effect, but I also love intense color saturation. Perhaps I could have both if I use the filter during filming, and when editing sightly increase the saturation / contrast ?
ОтветитьThe best intro so far lmao great video!
ОтветитьThe 1/8 looks like a sweet spot to me, I wish the nisi kit came with that instead of the 1/4
Ответитьwhat would be the right filter size for fujifilm xf 18-55mm 2.8-4 r lm ois lens be?
ОтветитьHow do they compare so the Schneider hollywood black magic filters?
ОтветитьHow about the K&F ND2-32 black mist 1/4?
Ответитьwouyld have been better if you had your opinion which one you prefer and why because this would just add questions if we dont have your take for it
Ответитьthe beginning bro 🤣
ОтветитьCan I stack a Tiffen Black Pro Mist 1/4 82mm with another filter, perhaps a VND 82mm of any brand?
Ответитьi don't like the ugly green lens flares that comes out of those filters everytime..
ОтветитьI'm looking to stack a Mist filter with an ND filter. By any chance could you tell me if the Nisi Mist filter has front threads for additional filters to be screwed onto? Can't find much info on the internet unfortunately :/
ОтветитьCan stack the Black Mist 1/8 or 1/4 filter to my VND Peter Mckinnon???
Ответитьwhich is best protection reflection? Ghost? Blix ?
ОтветитьLol, you are hilarious
ОтветитьCurrently experimenting with the 7Artisans 1/8 (promising) and I’ve got a Puyi 1/4 on the way. Seems like we have a similar affliction ;-) would love to see extensive tests with Glimmer Glass.
Ответитьsir, ive noticed that using this black mist filter...it increases the noise. how did you address it?
ОтветитьIk was echt verbaasd toen je opeens Vlaams ging spreken!
Thanks for the nice video. I think I'll wait till the Tiffen is back in stock.
please tell me witch filter better sharpening?
ОтветитьPlease Help! 🫤
We love using mist filter on everything as well! Unfortunately, we have nothing for our DJI Air2S. Freewell does make one, but it's a garbage polarizer. Polar Pro makes one for our Mavic 3, but that's it. Any advise? Should we try to match the effect in PP?
Love watching and learning from you as you keep everything light hearted and not so worrisome.
ОтветитьIn your personal use. What is your choosing between Nisi 1/8 or Tiffen 1/8?
ОтветитьHi Joris, thank you for amazing video. I’m gonna buy one of these Nisi filters. Can you advise, if I have Nisi ND 82 1-5 and Freewell ND 82 6-9, is it ok to buy Nisi mist filters also 82 size to use them together (Mist with ND)?
ОтветитьGreat video!! Made me laugh !! Thank you!!
ОтветитьWoW surprised by how much more I liked the Nisi
ОтветитьI like a strong diffusion effect and am wondering if I should ever stack my 1/4 and 1/8.
ОтветитьGreat video. One question - If you stack the filters, is there some order rules, that first nd then pro-mist or reverse?
ОтветитьI really liked your video, I haven't been able to do something like that, except for an article. Before, I didn't see the point of a glass in front of my glasses.
I have studied each filter during the pandemic and for me Tiffen is the best by far, along with his brothers from Schneider (Ira Tiffen).
I use the ones in the list and I can only say that each filter has its use and characteristics. From Peaky Blinders to Barry Lyndon. I'm still researching and testing. I am a professional photographer turned to video (DVR).
If I had to mount one it would only be a 1/4 BPM (Glimmer Glass 1 is fine but can't shoot in direct light).
Thanks and regards.
What softbox on the key light? Looks Good overall man
ОтветитьThis video made me laugh more times than i care to admit. I've made some DIY diffusion filters as I can't afford the high end stuff atm, but I love it
Ответитьthanks ▶
ОтветитьWonder how the Polar Pro mist filters compare
ОтветитьWonder how the Polar Pro mist filters compare
ОтветитьI have a new Tiffen black pro mist 1/4 and 1/8 strength from bhphoto, bought size 82mm instead of 77mm, interested to swap?
ОтветитьLearned something new today - thanks for the video.
ОтветитьThanks, i Will buy a nise
ОтветитьThe intro 🤣 (note to self: don't take a sip of water when Joris is being funny 🤦🏻♂️🤣).
I love my Variable ND filter but have been promising myself a mist filter for a long time, so cheers for this man 🙏🏻.
Personally, I thought the Tiffen slightly pipped the Nisi - but both are really cool.
You should do a comparison for GLIMMER GLASS and Pearl Filters as well, they are so innn in the industry right now.
ОтветитьI have a question, quite subjective but anyhow: If you would only could buy 1 of these pro-mist filters would your personal first choice be 1/8 or 1/4? which one would be useful more than the other in every situation, meaning which one would be your preferred GO-TO filter?
ОтветитьI'm sorry Joris, but it looks like we're going to have to send you to a Mist Filter Enjoyers Anonymous meeting.. it's getting out of hand.
ОтветитьI was considering one of these ones, I had the Variable ND from NISI the True Color one, and I love it! I will go for the nisi mist also after looking the results of the video, just because I like the softer blooming ans spreader blooming effetc.
