ОтветитьOne of the perfect measurement for making spongy idlis ❤ I love Idlis 😋 Thank you mam for giving tips in the middle of the videos. Idlis were spongy ❤
ОтветитьTwo questions. I am cooking for only 2. Can I reduce the recipe to 1/4th...1 cup of rice? Also, I do not have access to a wet grinder where I live. I can order one but it is prohibitively expensive. I do have an excellent food processor. How can I use that. Wonderful video...thank you so much.
ОтветитьI dont know from which city you are, but the way you are making idlis are looking too perfect, thanks for the detailed explanation, Idli rice is not that easy available in northern parts of India, and also online it cost around Rs 75 per kg, while normal rice here cost nearly 35-50 per kg. But I will try to find a place where I can buy idli rice on cheaper rates or will buy online.
I love idli very much and other south indian foods, will visit your channel for other recipes :)
Thanks :)
Thank you very much. You are so sincere that I wl follow you blindly.
