I remember when Xbox Live had a problem with their own version of a council of basically random people with admin power and were mass console banning, Not GamerTag Banning, actual hardware banning players for just casually swearing with their mates in their lobby with their mates with an admin who joined randomly to fill the slots. For years there were power mad assholes acting like children, threatening to basically brick peoples consoles. Didn't really go away until the Xbox 360 was fazed out. No idea how these dick heads got the power they had.
