NEC Turbo Express Repair and screen mod part 1

i personally believe to just replace all caps and fuse. eventually the caps will leak including the lead capacitors

Great video and very educational! I have a Turbografx Turbo Express that needs a larger screen mod and caps replaced. Would you be interested to perform the repairs?

I have one but when I turn up the audio the screen pulses to the music for some reason
