What can be the best answer to the question u just joined 6 months ago from your new job why are you considering for a new role or job
ОтветитьAny advice for what reason I can explain in an a interview.
Just started my job 4 months ago and am just chasing a pay raise.
They also have lay offs every year and want a secure position.
Obviously neither reason is acceptable in an interview setting but need to be able to explain why I'm looking for another job after only 4 months of employment.
I didnt get the job :( but ima keep listening to the content and applying.
ОтветитьHi Richard, I want ask your opinion. I already resign from big company because of my unsupportive manager. I have big salary. I currently unemployed for 2 months. I don’t know how to respond when the interviewer ask me why I want to leave my previous company because the benefit from previous company quite good and I’ve got bigger salary also. All interviews I attend curious about my reason because I just answer I want career growth. I don’t want to badmouth my manager. Please help me.
ОтветитьWhy?
Because I'm way too ambitious and smart to waste my time away.
My former employer knew that and kept me in a position to not lose touch, but the are also not providing an environment for me to flourish.
Imagine a soccer player that is constantly sitting on the bench receiving millions, but is not allowed to play. He quits not for the pay, but for the play time.
Wow.... I Have a section this morning

ОтветитьHi Richard, I got a new job thanks to your videos! However two months into it and it isn't a good fit. Good thing is I have been learning a new job role and have just applied at another company, better pay, remote working and flexible. Should I be successful in an interview with this new company, what can I say when they ask why are you leaving so soon ?
ОтветитьThis is a great suggestion. However, what to say if they would like more clarification/details on why the pursuit to leave?
ОтветитьI have watched all of your videos and after the 5th interview I got the job!!!
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьHello Richard, Could you help me for this case?! I have been working in as a merchandiser in garment field for 8 years. Actually, I'm not really interested in this field but I didnt find any chance in another field to change so that I keep working in this field until now. Recently, I strongly want to change to another field and I also got invitation from funiture field for the interview. But the hardly question from interviewer is "why do you move to another field now while you had so much experiences in garment field...". Even I told them honestly about my thinking and be ready to learn new thing and also accept to be down my salary to start in new field but I also failed! Could you please advise what should I reply for this case to let them believe in me?! Thank you❤️
ОтветитьMy gosh. This is the simplest and most amazing answer ever! I do not need to watch another video.
ОтветитьU are an amazing person... thank you so much man.... can't thank you enough....
ОтветитьHi Richard,
Thank you for your video and I am watching all of then . I had one question that I am leaving my current job because my husband has moved to uk and I am also planning to move to uk. Is this reason good to answer ?
Very helpful video, here's your new subscriber and thanks for the stuff👍
ОтветитьI took a new position within my company that I’ve been for 17 years and I am unhappy and posted again within company so when they ask me in my interview Monday why I’m leaving what’s best answer to give. Just background I’m unhappy with the way they train me and was told by lady training me my boss made mistake hiring me with no background in this role
ОтветитьThank you for putting the response at the beginning!! Love your videos!
ОтветитьHello sir, I have an upcoming interview next week and I have been preparing for it by marathoning your videos. I want to thank you because your channel is gold!
I want to ask you something. Currently I'm working. What if the interviewer asks me when I can start working? My current company policy is to have a 1 month notice. I'm afraid if I answer honestly that I'm only able to start working 1 month after I am hired, that will be a disadvantage to me. What answer should I give if that question is asked? Thank you very much!
Indeed a brilliant 1st answer. Was asked on the 1st interview and now going for the second 1. Thank u
ОтветитьHello sir can u tell to your employeer that right after if ever get hired I will process my resignation letter ?would that be fine? least iget honest... (even it means it will take for about 1 month transition before leaving previous company)
ОтветитьPlease give me answer of this question tomorrow is my interview please help me
ОтветитьWow. Brilliant
ОтветитьYour answer sounds a little vague.
ОтветитьHi Richard,
This is a fantastic and straight to the point video. On the side note, is it okay to state that I have an interest in a new company since there are more learning opportunities? Perhaps should phrase it differently, but my instinct says that this is probably not a right way to answer the question since the employer is looking for new skills and talents (obviously this is key too) rather than someone just looking to learn more.
The reason i am asking this questions is that I am preparing for an interview for a job that I don't fully meet all the skills and qualifications/requirements.
Thanks!
Hi, I have a interview question. Which is asked to me " why should I hire you, instead I will hire a candidate who has more experience than you"..?
" having talent why can't you wait or be patience to get growth in your current team"..? Please suggest a good answer for it
I would never ask that question to start. People leave for many reasons, most have no value to me as an interviewer.
The answer is well scripted, however, it smells fishy.
This is not a fair question to ask.
8 Months ago, I got a Job from the help of these videos. Now, am back here for the preparation of another upcoming interview. Thanks Richard! Keep giving us more notes, and notes and notes!!
ОтветитьThanks a lot.
Subscribed 😊
I reflect upon and personalize your response to tailor and answer this hard question. Bless you for helping me brain storm and bring to surface honest and relative answers to the Hiring Manager!
Ответитьi shaved my head, i binge watched the full first season of peaky blinders, and have adopted a seamless british accent now.......this interview is gonna be a cakewalk
ОтветитьHello Richard , I hope you respond to this as I really need some advice 🥺
About a month ago I interviewed for this port operations job (that i was truly aiming for) and did not hear back from them until I had already Accepted another job offer as supervisor.
About two days ago I finally got a callback from the hiring manager that I got accepted for a second in person interview.
Now this position is Assistant operations manager at Marine port.
When I go for this interview on Tuesday, December 21 how do I go about answering “why do you want to leave your job??? ❓❓”
I don’t want to ruin my chances by telling them that I just started another position in fear that they may not consider me out of professional courtesy to the other employer?
How should I go about answering this?
It’s terrible- but would i be wrong to Omit the fact that i left my former job ❓❓❓❓
Any quick advise would be greatly appreciated 🙏🏼
U are so good, 😘 this video help me lot
ОтветитьYour all the videos are very helpful 😄😄
