I was able to use Netflix 6.2 on the newer MECOOL KM6 box with the same results.

So, the mobile version of Netflix designed for small touch screens (the complete opposite of a TV set 10' away from you), displayed in ugly, horrible Standard Definition. No thanks.

MeCool recently came out with a new box that has an original Netflix app 1080p or 4K from Google's PlayStore. But unfortunately they haven't done an update on past MeCool boxes to get Netflix...so I'll have to buy a new MeCool box to get Netflix in 1080p/4K 😑

Netflix doesn’t sell anything to watch their service with, why do they care so much about what it is played on? I’ll tell you one reason, their login service is crap, so instead of fixing it, they just ban an entire line of players. That’s the issue with all services, once they get it up and running there is no desire to fix issues. They got their money, that’s all they want.

The apk link is legit. Just wish that mecool and netflix resolve their differences. It's strange to have official legit android tv without legit netflix app. The workaround is good but using mouse to navigate the app is a hassle especially since mine is wired.

I spent over three hours chatting with Netflix support. Despite me telling them the make and model they did not tell me Mecool was banned. Eventually I gave up. I tried again several months later to it still not working, I googled for a work around and came across your solid gold video. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I am using this for more than 1 year now, just brought this based on chigz review thank you for that its working great. I have one question, device such as phone gets connected to androidTV without any issues. But when i connect my bluedio t3+ plus headphone to km9 pro i can see that android TV has detected the device but its not pairing the bluetooth headphone.

Is there any wifi difference between the 2 boxes?

Does Chromecast works on both without issues? Does it remains always on ? I mean can you cast anytime when box is on irrespective of any current app on foreground.

why all this trouble? can't you cast netflix in hd from phone using the chromcast in the machine?

I have installed the Netflix fix apk, which is the 6.26.1 build 15. I can log in but it gets stuck at home screen, just showing the movies and series, but not the mouse nor the remote is working on it. Is there a newer build to this?

Unfortunately this not working on my MeCool Km3. Downloaded the one in the link and got 'There was a problem parsing the package' error. I also downloaded the apk from Netflix and same error. When I try the one on the Google Play store I get another error (-13)

I understand all the fuss with Netflix app but nobody tells that is it possible to cast the Netflix via casting? Or we can't do that either..plz do reply cuz im ok with casting it
