If you’re within the timeframe for the local town/city noise ordinance then you’re well within your right to make as much noise as you want with your mowers. Any cop would tell him the same thing.

My Dad was in the tree business for over 35 years and he use to get people saying the samething to him from time to time. All the police did when they did come out was tell the person complaining is he is doing a job and sorry for the inconvenience it maybe causing you.
