I have come to the conclusions that these folk just can not be domesticated

Most of these videos I see are that of young black males robbing stores or people. I have read about the high percentage of incarceration among black people esp men. I also have read about the history of inequalities and racial bias/subjugation that went on for generations and is supposedly still going on in many places and establishments. What is the solution to this? We don’t have black or white people where I live so my knowledge is limited to the books I’ve read and I only ever take mainstream media content with a pinch of salt if ever.
