This format is the worst in general but also more for f2p players, they need 40k+ CC for the pitty system. It's looks like this is the only way to pull the new LF unless you have really good luck in this format.

I didn't realize it was only a single summon at the end. That's horrible, easily the worst format in the game, just barely beating Ultra banners in terms of being worse.

Throughout my first rotation I got 3 Broly animations and the last one on step 4 was a shatter and got a total of 2 LF ssj gokus, and 1 Bardku

Ngl, I was hopeing for a dual LF banner with this Tag Goku and Bardock and the other being Tag LF Frieza and Cooler with 1% sparking characters as well or just copy the 5th anniversary part 1 banner format with 4 sparking in the banner, but it is what it is I guess. Would've been way more hype and cooler cuz this banner is just a regular monthly LF banner, in which case I would rather have a GT celebration for part 2 for Double LF banner or 4 sparking characters so gt can get the help it needs! Anyways, hopefully they do double Ultras for part 3 to carry the momentum and hype or just do more than just 1 premium character.

This Legends Fest started out spectacular during part 1, but this part 2 is quite lackluster and underwhelming, especially with this atrocious/terrible banner format. Just having one LF character be the only sparking and no other 1% side sparkings, but only 2 ex characters that nobody cares about since people hate EX rarity due to reused animation, lower stats, and lower rates was also disappointing. I was hoping it would be similar and reminiscent to the 1st part of the 5th anniversary where it was one LF character and 3 other 1% side sparkings to entice and incentivise players to summon since it would have more value and they essentially be getting more money as well or they could've just carried the momentum of hype by realising double/dual LF bnners again with this tag goku and bardock and the other LF being tag Frieza/Cooler and give 1% side sparkings for each banner like part 1 of this Legends Fest or part 2 of the 5th anniversary. How did they fumble this bad! They better not release a banner like this ever again especially during Legendfest which is the biggest celebration of the year other than Anniversary like what a joke. Hopefully part 3 will be better and they do release double ultras or do a ultra with 3 or 4 1% side sparking characters to compensate for part 2 banner and content and make an atonement to redeem themselves.

I was tempted to summon for the tag BarKu, but after seeing that banner format, it became an easy skip for me.

Got them on the first rotation and then left that banner as quick as I could. It's such a bad format and they decide to give it to us in a festival.

I think they wanted to make it easier to pull the new EXs but it just sucks in general
