3. If I am entering into this Release Form as an individual, I certify that I am at least 13 years of age (or at least 14 years of age if I am a resident of South Korea).

4. If I am entering into this Release Form on behalf of an entity, I certify that I have all necessary right, authority, and consent to bind the entity to this Release Form.

5. I certify that I am not an employee, officer, director, agent, or representative of Epic (including the legal, promotion, and advertising agencies of Epic), nor am I an immediate family member (defined as spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, son, daughter, uncle, aunt, nephew, niece, grandparent or in-law) of any of the foregoing. I further certify that I am not living in the household of any of the foregoing (whether or not related), nor am I a parent company or subsidiary of Epic.

6. Disclaimer (Please read carefully). In consideration of my receipt of the Compensation, I hereby agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Epic from and against any claims, damages, disability, attorneys' fees, and costs of litigation and settlement, as well as any liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from: (i) use, redemption, acceptance, possession, ownership, or misuse of any Compensation, (ii) participation in any activity, event, or excursion offered in connection with the Compensation, (iii) use of any facility, service and/or accommodation related to the Compensation, or (iv) participation in any Program-related activity or participation in the Program. I acknowledge that Epic shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by the Compensation or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the Compensation, or from participation in the Program. I understand that by accepting the Compensation, Epic has fulfilled all obligations it has or may have to me in connection with the Compensation, and I have no further claims against Epic in connection with the Compensation.

7. This Release Form shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the internal, substantive laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of laws provisions. The exclusive venue of any court proceedings shall be the appropriate state and federal courts in the State of North Carolina.

Waste of time, I submitted the form three separate times and not once they did they get back to me. I emailed customer support etc and not a single reply after 2 MONTHS! It’s just a waste of time

I didn’t even want a code I did it by purpose

I got an email from epic games said that you have to do a a creator agreement or your creator code is gonna get terminated even my acount
