There has to be something more in the name Isukiri. As a Greek, the first thing that came to mind when I heard it was the extreme phonetic resemblance that it has to Ιησού-Κύρη, with Ιησούς being the Greek pronunciation of Jesus and Κύρης (or more appropriately Κύριε or Κύριος, still same word) which means the one with power, used in a religious context and in the bible to call God. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything online exploring this possible connection and it's far from my linguistic and historical knowledge to confirm some sort of relevance. Assuming there is indeed a connection, it seems extremely unrealistic to be talking about His brother but some sort of a two thousand year old case of "lost in translation".
