Cyberpunk 2077 Gameplay on GTX 750 Ti I Best Settings for 60 Fps I Huge Performance Boost!

Game: Cyberpunk 2077
CPU: Intel i5 4460 (3.40GHz/4 Cores)
GPU: Gigabyte Windforce 2X OC GTX 750 Ti 2GB Edition
RAM: 8GB
Settings :720p/LOW/50%/ VALUE: '30'

So basically I tweaked the settings for this video and turned the
resolution scaling to 50 at first but it still was not enough for 60 Fps.
so I was checking to make sure if there was a way to turn the resolution
scaling to an even lower number and I saw a video that was uploaded
by "LowSpecGamer" in which I saw how I could lower the resolution scale
even more from config files and it worked perfectly.
