Try drinking 8 cups of water, 1 right when you wake up, it really makes you feel good and you will notice a difference! Also if you do eat breakfast it speeds up your metabolism giving u more energy as well, oatmeal is a super healthy easy meal. Chick fila is so good 😭

I’m so confused about the coffee thing. At first I assumed it was because of caffeine but that doesn’t make sense because hot chocolate has caffeine so it’s just coffee (and tea I believe) due to religion and beliefs. It still baffles me though because hot chocolate is hot and has caffeine when they have decaffeinated coffee. So maybe it isn’t about caffeine. But that’s what tea and coffee have in common. So maybe theirs a principle. Idk just wondering …
