You’re a genius
ОтветитьThank you :)
ОтветитьSo withe regards to the fruity send. The dry and volume knobs. What is the volume knob turning down. The signal after the reverb or delay processing, becuase thats what it sounds like?
ОтветитьI love your videos. Everything’s always so concise and well explained
ОтветитьFor the longest Ive been creating duplicates of most of my tracks then adding stereo widening or other effects to the duplicate tracks while keeping the original. Ive been Parallel Processing all along.
ОтветитьGreat video. Im thoroughly impressed that 20+ years ago Fruity Loops was a joke to most but now it's an industry standard. Times have sure changed.
ОтветитьOk, I've seen this video before, but a few weeks after I had seen it, one of my friends that's used FL Studio, said that the Effects Channels on each each fader, is already an "effect insert". So is he right? How is this process different? I'd love an explanation and thank you!
Ответитьwhat a great video man!
ОтветитьIs parallel processing really the same as just using wet / dry knobs? I used to think so but I’m sure there’s more to it despite gain adjusting
ОтветитьThe beauty of your heart is reflected in your face, thanks for these golden informations.
Ответитьwhats the point of using sends instead of route to this track?
ОтветитьThank You bro🙌🙌Very Helpful Video🔥🔥.
ОтветитьTo be organize can you bus the parallel channels? Or you just bus the guitar itself to an instrument bus, etc
ОтветитьWhat would be equivalent to the fruity send plugin on Ableton?
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьI've been looking for the trick with Fruity Send for ages... Thank you!
But is there any difference in parallel processing from just turning the mix knob, besides that we can solo the compressed signal?
how did you have duplicate audio tracks in playlist with guitar
Ответитьdoes fruity send make a difference? I guess what im asking is what happens if i didnt use fruity send?
ОтветитьGreat video man, love the analogies to make sound feel real like your in the room with them. Especially if its just a person with a guitar it captures the magic that went on in that room with a little sprinkle of verb and delay. Great job
ОтветитьThe washed out reverb was something I've been struggling with. I searched for new reverbs, it never ocured to me to do it like that, as I'm a beginner. This was exceptionally helpful, thank you so much!
ОтветитьWhat is the difference between routing and using fruity send?
ОтветитьCan parallel processing be done on vocals too?
Ответить👄👄
ОтветитьIs it normal to get phasing issues when doing sidechain compression? I'm sending all my drum tracks to a drum bus, then sending the drum bus (sidechain to this track) to another track or insert with some hard compression, using fruity send.... And I think it's set-up right, I can listen to the compressed track even when I drop the drum bus fader. But when I blend it in there's a point where the two tracks start to get a "phasy" sound (the sound that reminds me of a jet flying overhead or something). They're not going in and out of phase, so maybe that's the wrong word. But it's the sound you get when there's some kind of phase offset happening.
When I switch off the compressor, the track is just a normal "double" of the drum bus.... You can play them together no problem, it just gets louder.
Is that just what happens when you mix the compressed track too loud or what?
I LOVE THIS MAN!!!
ОтветитьIs using fruity send necessary? Why can't you just route it to the track and set the effect you're using to 100% wet?
Ответитьthis is a game changer
ОтветитьI got a question,
I notice that the paralleled reverb and delay mixer tracks (when selected) are being sent to another mixer track…what track are they being sent to? Is it the vocal bus track?
Thank you so much I've been wondering how parallel processing works for a minute
ОтветитьThis Guy os awesome 🙌
ОтветитьI’ve tried this method and I find that it causes phase issues on my setup. The only method that doesn’t inside of FL is with Patcher. Still, great video.
ОтветитьI know it's an old video, however I'll love to know those samples? Especially the claps -KH
ОтветитьDude you're the best man watching all your vids and learning fast.. 👍 😎 Cheers
Ответитьgreat video thank you bud
Ответитьi can't only hear my reverb in solo,i do everythings like you but it's don't work
ОтветитьHey how's it going Michael
Firstly appreciate your tutorials thank at some point will make a donation
Question do you have any FL mixing templates for purchase?
question tho ? when you send the drum bus to the drum comp i didn't see you put the send level to 100% on the drum compt channel below it was greyed out ..i did it the way you did but it sounded soe what weak and when i send 100 %the compression was more better
ОтветитьOnly questions I have is
1. Should I create individual channels for each layer of kicks and drums, then route it to a bus? Then Parallel process my bus to the individual sends for the reverb delay ext? Just making sure I am gripping the concept
Hahaha with the drum comp coming I literally got up and started dancing
Ответитьif compression sounds bad ... then why not parallel compression
Ответитьyour way of explaining things to those in need of learning is the acceptional. thank you for all the help
ОтветитьI learnt everything about FL music production from this channel..I think it's the best!
Ответитьwhy does he sidechain and put fruity send instead of just doing "route to this track" ?
ОтветитьAbsolutely BRILLIANT video! It is so amazing how you can get a proper education like this for free. Thanks
Ответитьwatching this at school xd time is finally not a waste
ОтветитьBest mixing channel
ОтветитьGENIUS. UR A LIFE SAVER
