I found this 'exercise' very helpful. More like a contemplation, wherein I didn't have to 'do' anything really, just allowing my awareness to 'meander' in a very relaxed & easy way thru various parts of my body. In my experience & understanding meditations tend to be very active, requiring a deliberate focusing of attention & I don't have a sense of deep inner relaxation. I find both contemplation and attunement exercises/states deeply relaxing - experiencing them as 'inactive' active states. Thank you Thomas.
ОтветитьI am glad to have come across this, although not immediately after having been posted, as it appears. Yet, in a moment that it feels that I needed to listen to it. Our subconscious mind might know better and be wiser for us, to know what is best, maybe even more than we could imagine or trust it. Thank you for this moment! I found it very useful for shifting mind from an inner torment, triggered by a sort of external stressor, at this moment!
