Believe it or not, this will be my first Android and I'm so exited. I've always used Apple. I've had the IPhone 5c, IPhone 6s and 6s Plus, along with the 6 Plus, IPhone X, and I've had an apple watch (first generation). So, you could say I had my fair share with apple. The reason for me switching (don't know if it'll be permanent) is me wanting something new and innovative. The only down fall (which if you really think about it, it's not a big deal) is the apps look childish (like kids made them) vs Apple having the professional, clean application designs, but again, not a big deal and I'll get over it.

Tell us .were this phone is another bunch of shit trick n con?

Actually ram management issue lies with android oreo. Affecting many phones.

Yes the live view of potrait mode doesnt show well but results are good. Same on oppo f7 as well.

Just hide the front camera. I'd way rather have a ready to go rear camera and no moving parts. Also, how did the case makers work with that moving part? With the other phone they just had to make an opening for the camera module to pop out, now a whole section of the phone is moving.

The oppo logo is not symmetrical. The ABBA logo is though. Maybe dub that over.

If they had a finger print reader it would have been perfect. There are certain situations where you can't look at the phone to open it. It would get really tedious to open the camera 100 times a day liked the average user

how bout the face recognition in dark area or night time? is it still can recognize your face easily?

How much is it?

Can anyone find case for it on the internet? And also how would it work. Cant see myself having glass phone without proper case, especially for a price tag of £799.

I truly love the design but the problem is the camera pops out and it will get dusty.
I dont know that camera option could be used in water or not.
It consumes alot of ram on 4 to 6 apps but samsung s9 uses 3 gb on more than that.
Still it needs to be compared with iphone and samsung latest version.
Another problem is sometimes oppo find x camera needs time to pop out. Thats not good.
Pricing is alot more than what needs to be.

Can someone please confirm if this phone has the skyline notification light ??! Have not seen it in any of the videos out yet.

Moving parts is a no-no.. That parts should have 2-3 years warranty..
What if you put find x in your pocket then suddenly the camera launch.. goodbye moving parts.

phone looks good and love the colour. Camera pop up is great idea and works pretty well.
I would lo like to know more about the software itself as that can be a deal breaker for many. Samsung make fantastic phones but load it with poor performing and looking software.
Take apple make poor looking phones (until recently) but the whole eco system blows everything else out of the park, no match.
I wish more reviewers would spend bit more time on the software.

I cant wait to see the oppo find x phone case, maybe they will also make a retracting phone cover specially design for that matter to pop up whenever you use your camera it would be vurnerable if you cannot cover the whole edge of the phone.🤔🤔🤔

Its a real step back with a camera moving every time you want to access the phone or take a photo. Id be surprised to see Samsung adding this to their flagship.

Grate when the shit in your pocket gets in there or you drop it and it gets damaged then no camera how about a phone cover to protect the phone and if it moves it will go wrong so don't think so

I would prefer if only the selfie camera was attached to the moving part (cuz most people dont take much selfies) and a in display or a normal fingerprint reader would make the phone so practical and durable - because the moving parts will only be used when taking selfies and it would greatly increase the lifetime of those mechanical moving parts. Overoll this is an awesome phone. Hope more manufacturers will implement this idea in a better way on their devices. Well done oppo for leading the way

got to admit I like the design but of course it's a moving part so long-life reliability is concerning I hope there's a backup motor in that head should the primary one fail. Personally I prefer to have the rear facing cameras permanently exposed, the delay in launching the rear facing camera after the head deploys would make you lose valuable seconds if you had to take it quick picture.

I think it’s the perfect phone

I've spent way too much money on OPPO devices, repairs and DHL fees. Ain't turning back to OPPO EVER again.

some my friend have this phone，guess what，when they download some APP and open it，sometimes the camera pop up and go back，thats scarry，when u use other phone，u dont even know sometimes the camera will open and watch u！！！move parts is a good thing
