Google Chrome FIX for not loading websites

when i put a tick on the full control, its say : unable to save authorization changes to protectedroots . Access denied
what im doing whit this

Did several of these videos nothing worked. Just turn Anti-Virus off and the access the sites then turn it back on. The only thing that worked.

I have a lot to finish today and it suddenly crashed...thanks, man. It worked again.

Another fix for this is to go into task manager, and right click Google Chrome, end task and restart google. It should load, and if you can't load in task manager, thats not just google's fault and its probably your computers.

This also fixed the issue that my PC didn't shut down correctly. All lights went off, but no power off. After this setting, Windows AND PC shuts down normally. Where is this regkey coming from? I installed a new PC with all new components and had the same issue. So only a software installation should be the reason for this shi*.
