How to Fix Epic Games Fallout New Vegas

Patch Epic Games Fallout New Vegas to allow mods and Rudy ENB so you can have a Next-Gen game.
Remember, you must run this from the FalloutNV Launcher in your game directory once it has been patched.
Start the game from the .exe in the root folder, or any mod manager, but don't use nvse_loader.exe. Forget it exists, it's safe to delete it.

If you're installing Fallout NV for the first time, run it once through Epic to generate INI files.
Rename the folder FalloutNV_Epic to FalloutNV (in '%USERPROFILE%\My Documents\My Games\FalloutNV_Epic').
(LAUNCH THE GAME FROM NOW ON FROM THE .EXE from the root folder, NOT through Epic Games or it will revert)
Unpack the contents of the archive to Fallout NV folder and run Patcher.exe.
You will see black console window with a log of the process. No input is required, but it will tell you if any error has occurred.
When it's done and you see "Patching completed successfully" printed, you can close the window and proceed to installing other mods, such as NVSE. (Not every mod will work though)
