Would love to reach out to you and get your personal opinion on my setup
ОтветитьVery informative information right here for a newbie. Like myself, much appreciated
ОтветитьThanks for the information!!
Ответитьagain no one shows a full board omfg you need a noise suppression. at least this video shows an eq lolol
Ответить🤘💪⚡️
ОтветитьGreat video ! Rock on 🤘😎
ОтветитьI always went from left to right. I thought everyone did
Ответитьterima kasih banyak atas ilmunya 🙏🙏🙏👍👍
Ответитьdrop pedal at the end? tuner at the start?
Ответитьokay
ОтветитьThank you so much you explain this so well you are amazing🎉
ОтветитьMan you just taught me what I needed to know...best video I've seen on Pedalboards ...The Best...Thanks for spending your time and effort in doing so...P.S You probably" ROCKED "pun Intended" at Legos as a kid...LOL ! Thanks man.
ОтветитьWith due respect, if there is a compressor, it should be the first thing the guitar hits. If you have the comp on the other side of a wah and you use both, it's terrible. The compressor struggles to figure out what to do with sudden bursts of low and high end. Took me a long time to figure out the best placement for a compressor.
Ответитьdude thanks for helping me figure out my effects chain. You rock!!!
ОтветитьWould you PLEASE explain the "Buffer System. I am hearing you need if you are using an effects loop. I need clarity. I have a Mesa Boogie Triple Crown 50 watt head run through a Mesa 2X12 Vertical. I love the sound. I also use alot of effects. I am building a board. I think some pedals going through loop and others in front. One school of thought is the buffers. Mesa Boogie sells one for 225.00 to expensive if I use 4. Two Tone sells for 60.00-Please what should I do? Thak you. Shawn Shipstad.
ОтветитьThanks 👊🏽 👊🏽👊🏽
ОтветитьThis is by far, without a doubt, the best video breakdown of pedal board chains out there. Thank you and rock on
ОтветитьNever forgot this episode
ОтветитьHello tube king, I have a Peavey 6505+ Is my loop order correct: 1.Morley wah, 2.Korg tuner, 3.MXR 6band eq, 4.MXR EVH phase 90 5.MXR reverb 6.MXR carbon delay???
ОтветитьWow
ОтветитьYour majesty! Thank you for the video! I really enjoyed it. I wanted to ask though if you have any thoughts or tips on where to put things like a synthesizer pedal, an acoustic simulator, or a looper pedal.
ОтветитьThanks you make it clear and simple but understandable thanks again.
Ответитьwhere does the noise gate go?
Ответитьyou are by far the closest one to perfect
ОтветитьReally nice video but i prefer my Phase/Vibe pedal before any drive (OD or High Gain and even Fuzz)
ОтветитьHi,
Is it ok to use one proper power board and to it add, connect a power brick that will power up three guitar pedals in total? I'm using Katana 50 amp and plan to get something like Boss noise suppressor, Revv G3, and a Korg tuner.
Thanks 😁
Still as relevant information as ever, thank you!
ОтветитьThe way my pedal board is structured, I use a 44 Magnum Power amp at the end which connects to the cab and then following that to the right I have a Zoom G1X Four processor which I use for noise gate and modulation and volume pedal. Now typically before the processor I have my Boss Metal Zone which is connected by the overdrive pedal. When I push the gain on the distortion pedal up a little more, I still get some hiss even though the first pedal on the chain before the power amp is the noise gate from the processor. Now would it be practical to put another noise gate pedal between the processor and distortion pedal to eliminate more of the hissing noise?
ОтветитьDon't forget to unplug all the pedals when you're done if you happen to use batteries, They will drain quick.
ОтветитьDamn I know it is an old video but the analysis behind it is amazing. I only have a Wah Cry baby one, and a Bloody Mary as a distortion pedal. I am looking to add more in the future and I am researching for the pedal order since I'm new to this. But this video is so enlightening with this. Nice work. Especially when analyzing clean amp, and high gain amp.. And octave pedal, damn you're in my mind 100% xD
ОтветитьWhat about a volume control for guitar volume control on the other end of the Wawa panel at the other end of the board
ОтветитьWe work from right to left because most guitarists/people are right-handed right?
ОтветитьThanks great information I’m currently building a board an this helped confirm some things an explained others👍🏾
ОтветитьThis is the best teaching video I've seen , you explained it so the average Joe can understand especially the distortion overdrive for a clean or dirty amp cheers man
ОтветитьI put my compressor and drive pedals in front of my amp and all my other pedals in the effects loop.
ОтветитьHey New York, I'm also from the Empire State, I have been adding effects to my ok don't laugh Ukulele, lots of fun, any way this is how i have them your thought would be appreciated, Wha/vol, octave, distortion, flange, chorus, and last delay, I want to add a Donner noise gate all are Donner mini pedal's powered with a Donner power supply. Thanks John
ОтветитьDrink every time he says "Okay", ..ok?
ОтветитьMuch appreciated! I’m trying to set up my Marshall JVM 210 H with a pedal chain so far it sounds like a mess LOL
ОтветитьI have a Carvin V3. Would I be able to run a pedalboard including a Boss MT- 2 and a tubescreamer through the effects loop for better sound all around?
ОтветитьIn 2020 I've been chasing tone. Then I see this video and I realize all my overdrive pedals, ect were in the wrong position on my pedal board. Thank you Tone King, I just found the sound I have been chasing without buying another pedal.
ОтветитьGreat session on pedalboard setup, so important, thanks so much boss!🤘🤘
ОтветитьExcellent discussion. The only thing I would add is that if you're shifting amps around, some don't like one or more pedals in those "standard" places. Experimentation is the key.
ОтветитьGreat tips. Thank you.
ОтветитьHallo ıch möchte sod 1
ОтветитьThanks for the tips and rationale!
Ответитьthanks
for your good video
I prefer the noise gate first in line!
ОтветитьI am new to pedals and pedalboards a spank beginner just bought 7 pedals need help setting them up I’ll send a list of what I bought
