ОтветитьI've been taking the top 6 or 7 for years and haven't seen any improvement in my lower legs, in fact I believe they are getting worse. Front of shins has major "mottling" as the doc likes to call it. Feet are often cold requiring me to wear socks or slippers around the house. The rest of my body seems normal, no problem walking a mile or two.

ОтветитьBetter advice; 1- Skip all supplements. 2 Cut your salt consumption 3-Cut your sugar consumption 4- Eat green veggys (Kale, Arugala, Spinach) 5-Eat fermented foods ( Sour Kraut. Kimchee etc) 6- Limit your carbohydrates. Eat smart, don't waste you money on supplements.

Vitamin C is made in ALL MAMMALS... Except Whales, Guinea pigs, about 5 total that don't.

It was Either a Yale or Harvard Study that they said that it takes 5 Components in Human Liver, We currently make 4 of those now, But the 5th Component "The Switch Was Turned OFF".

What does that tell you how important Vitamin C is?

ОтветитьYour body needs all the cholesterol it produces itself. There are 2 kinds of ldl. Low density, fluffy type, and high density ldl, this is the bad one, it's oxidised ldl. You get this when you burn food. This penetrates the endothelium lining of the arteries and build up of plaque. So when you bbq your meat or sausage too much, you will get high density oxidised ldl, that's the bad one.
