I'm curious what this is based on since most of it doesn't come from the article on Level 10. It's gotta be hidden stuff connecting to it, but the article itself doesn't mention anything about stone structures, goblins, anything like that. It's considered one of the safest levels, with the only cited entities being the worms. Maybe this was an earlier revision?

Level 10 looks like a medieval fantasy-based area. Peaceful but with puddles of almond water on the ground. Not all entities are menacing, some are neutral and some are just primitive. There’s also people in a village that doesn’t require money but only trades for almond water. Who exactly is the angel on level 10? Some guardian spirit?
