ОтветитьI love this... I have learned from my trainer that women are very powerful and so much more so when in alignment with what is going on with them. As a guy, I really now see how much more aware I can be of the women who are important to me and that has already paid of huge in all areas of my life. This kind of content needs more attention!

ОтветитьI’m currently on my period week and holy cow this weeks workouts have felt 10000x harder than usual. My heart rate is usually 140-165 during intense lifting and this week it’s 145-180 during the same workouts. It is wild!

ОтветитьI’m glad my period decided to come closer to the weekend which are my rest days. I skipped Thursday but today which is Friday I’ll be doing a low impact full body workout . By Monday I should be feeling better . So plenty of rest over the weekend❤

Ответить😅preach. I’d been craving oat ice cream 🍨 first day of my moon cycle, energy drinks, and good massages. I’d realized I’d been stressing about my schedule, work, college, and everyday life. City life stresses me out but I’d also like to be social when I’d desire it. I like space so getting irrational from other inconsiderate people pisses me off. I’d been late for a few days after the 24 cycle range ( I track my period, mood, sex life, fitness etc on FLO really 🎉epic app I don’t pay tho. ) So, I’d been late and was wondering like I didn’t have unprotected or unsafe sex I’m extremely precautious every time and so is my boyfriend. We always use a condom and he pulls out when he c*ms when he’s ready w the condom. Then I was so relived that after not stressing feeling some cramps that I’d gotten my period on the 32 day. 9 day cycle

ОтветитьHey, some women experience delayed period once they start working out consistently in the gym. Could you please shed some light on that? I also experienced this. And honestly I wasn’t going too hard. I was lifting moderate weights like 40-50 kgs (for squats, deadlifts , hipthrust etc). But i read up on this and a lot of women shared that this happens to them. Would love to know your take on this
