ОтветитьDo you recommend a particular program or set of exercises to strengthen mid back after ACDF post-op? I am 6 months out from my surgery but have weak Thoracic spine muscles and legs. My surgery went well and my cervical spine feels great but I need some regular/routine exercises and how often to do them etc…

ОтветитьThis is awesome! My back has been taking a lot longer to recover than usual. This is exactly what was needed. Feeling so great after just one session...will definitely be doing this a few times a week.

ОтветитьI've had this very mild pain in the middle of my back for a couple of days, this immidietly made it feel better :o will keep doing this for a few days and see if the pain goes away all together
