mine will arrive in a week or so. Also bought a bidirectional DP to USB-C cable for full 1800p at 120hz with my GPU, but not sure if the power brick will be enough for that and if it will overheat.

Great video, was considering buying this model, it seems the colors are night and day compared to the lcd model.

Nice review! Do you know if this monitor has any kind of OLED care features such as pixel refresh/pixel cleaning? I'm concerned that after a few hundred hours of use, uniformity issues may start to appear.

Your running Helldivers at maximum 70fps how can you say it feels like a 240hz lcd display when your game isn't even reaching 144 fps? Could you use a tool to measure the hz? Overall nice video.

Does it support GSync or Freesync? Any issues you noticed so far? Can it be powered through usbc with video in at the same time through one cable? do you have a Samsung phone, if yes, does Dex support 2880 x 1800 or 120hz? does it have a glass front is it laminated? I read a review on amazon and they said:

The bad:
- The worst uniformity I have ever seen on a screen. Anything below 50% brightness will start to show a pronounced dirty screen effect and near black it’s so bad that it looks like backlight bleed on a cheap LCD. There is either no quality control for the panels on these displays, or they are just discarded garbage panels from a larger company.
- Build quality is poor. Scuff marks on the edges of the unit, buttons are flimsy, the built in magnetic stand/cover is too floppy for use anywhere except on a table and doesn’t seem like it would actually protect the screen enough if carried in a bag/backpack.
- Buttons aren’t marked in any way, only way to know what they do is from the user guide.
- There are speakers, but there probably shouldn’t have been, because you wouldn’t want to have to listen to anything on them.
- For some reason the corners of the display panel are rounded, not sharp. So your UI is getting cut off at the corners.

Can you agree on this?

Got mine on amazon. Supports 2k/1440p HDR and 120hz on ps5 and xbox series just in case anyone was curious :) Edit: HDR actually is not supported on Xbox since it requires 4K for some odd reason

Where did you get the stand? I have this monitor in touch screen.

I recently received a portable monitor ordered from AliExpress, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The main reason I purchased this device was for the convenience of using a single Type-C cable, which should provide both data transfer and power through Power Delivery. However, the monitor refused to work without additional power, completely defeating this concept.

Connecting via HDMI didn’t solve the issue either: the image kept flickering, the monitor made strange noises, and it frequently switched to "No Signal Power Saving" mode. This caused more problems than benefits and turned the experience into a real hassle.

In the end, the device proved unsuitable for everyday use. I do not recommend buying this monitor—its poor quality and constant malfunctions overshadow any potential advantages.

The UPerfect store repeatedly tried to convince me that the problem was due to my incorrect actions. They claimed that Type-C 4.0 Thunderbolt was not suitable for the monitor, even though it’s essentially the same as Type-C 3.1 Thunderbolt, for which the monitor was designed. They suggested connecting through a splitter, using a wall outlet, and changing settings on the monitor when connected via HDMI, despite the fact that the monitor only powers on when connected to the included power adapter. All these suggestions were illogical and seemed like attempts to blame the user.

As a result, I returned the monitor to the store, but it seems I will lose 73.35 euros for customs duties, which I paid, because the company YouPerfect refuses to refund this amount, citing that it’s the buyer's responsibility. There’s also an unclear situation with the 26.50 euros I paid for the return shipping. This story is not over yet, but it seems I will lose 100 euros and receive nothing in return.

How you manage to get it to run at 2880x1800p 120hz ?
I heard mini hdmi dont support 120hz on that resolution.

You literally had a Galaxy fold 6 sitting there. Could you not have tested Samsung Dex on it? For god sake.

FYI, it’s a lot cheaper on aliexpress and ebay. cuts out the middleman

I connect my steam deck with USB but it only states 100hz but max on the bottome states 120hz. Dont know how to get the full 120hz when im streaming from PC to steam deck using usbc connected from monitor to steam deck.

There’s a version of this on Walmart for $260 USD. I can’t tell if there is a very transparent plastic covering the screen or if it is residue leftover from printing. My monitor didn’t come with that semi-transparent sheet that yours had.

What is your monitor arm it’s really nice

I have the same display and tried connecting it to my MacBook Pro M1 14" via USB-C, but it only works for a while before turning off. HDMI is the only stable option for me. Has anyone else experienced this or found a fix?
