elementary os in VMWare installieren

I have an issue while trying to install elementary os in vmware player 16, not the worlstation pro version. Basically everything goes fine but I can't select the language because the select button is outside the window, which cannot be resized nor moved, it's basically due to window resolution and I can't change the screen res unless I'm already in the os. What can I do? I can't install it this way. Also, trying to select the language through the enter key doesn't work at all.
