i watch it as a kid

It doesn't have the vast dramatic sweep of the Mononokes or the Spirited Aways but it's satisfying from beginning to end.

Lol this movie makes me fall in love with cats.

Not being difficult, but... "Neko no Ongaeshi" doesn't really translate to "The Cat Returns". The root of the last word is "kaeru"--to return. But it is preceded by the noun "on"--meaning obligation. In this case the cat is returning a favor, with both good and bad consequences. That's why I always translate the title as "The Cat's Payback"... because sometimes payback can be a dirty dog...
