How to assemble Kingsford 24" Charcoal Grill step by step

I had a difficult time putting this together. This video helped out a lot

I bought one of these from Walmart two days ago. (There's is called "Expert Grill", but it's identical to this one) and when I tried to install the grate height adjustment mechanism, it would not go on no matter what I tried to do. I'm not talking about the hand crank part. I mean, the part that you lower down and feed the bolts down into the tracks on each side. The elongated slots in the two arms that the grate brackets hang from don't line up with the tracks on the sides in the inside of the grill, so that when you try to install the mechanism, it won't go down into the slots on the inside of the front of the grill where the hand crank is. It's too long by approximately 3/8 "

Complete POS. Instructions are pure gibberish! If you get this be sure you are handy with figuring out puzzles!

A little overwhelming at first with all the parts, and 1::7 was a little tricky (lot of one person fumbling to keep the circular bar up as all four guides slipped into the channel), but without this video, this might have taken me days, as opposed to a few hours. Thanks!

Why is it so hard to assemble this grill! Can't deal. The piece that lowers the charcoal tray is so hard to attach, why does this have to be rocket science?!

I bought this grill four or five years ago. It was troublesome but it's a certain section or sections you will have to go forward assemble parts together, then connect it to a certain section. Sorry for everyone's troubles.

Y'all know that Walmart employees can put it together for y'all

looking for replacement part - shaft assembly, part that makes it go up and down/piece charcoal tray sits on. Have searched all over the internet - can anyone help?

It took 3 days to build this son of a b!tch and the lever that brings the grate up and down doesn't work. After kicking the sh!t out of it a few times I'm fine with it just being how it is, I'm so over it!!

Got one similar don't like putting stuff together anymore i quess the older you get the less patience you have

Hey guys, there is any part or pin that let you mantain the lid open whitout falling behind the grill? I am gertting Crazy with this, thanks a lot
