Ansible - Vault | Protect your sensitive data using Ansible Vault Concept

In organizations , junior resources in team are allowed just to run playbooks which are already created so my question is if we give them a playbook which is encrypted then to run that playbook we have to give them vault password .. so iof this the case how to manage?
In short, is there any way to execute encrypted playbook without providing password?

Hello, Great Video! Are you able to confirm if at the end of the video where you decrypt the encrypted variable file using the --vault-password-file my_pass command, is the my_pass password file a plain text file used to encrypt/decrypt? Thank you!
