Best Civic Si in my humble opinion. It had the best dashboard, it was NA and it was stunning to look at. Hell, even the non Si versions were still fun to drive.

this is an example of a greatly tuned VTEC, because the change is barely noticeable, meaning it delivers power smoothly.
might not what the honda fanboys want because they like that boost effect, but imo this is perfect

This is actually not the best example just because you are on a dyno and in an echo chamber... on the road if you let it rev past 6k you can really hear vtec actuate since all that extra air is now being let into the combustion chamber since vtec is just a form of variable valve lift (or vvl for short)

My civic 2009 has a weird squeaky sound pn the engine I took it to my mechanic and he said everything was fine you can hear that especially after a bit of running and when I put the car in parking. Does anyone know what it is? Everything else of the car sounds good minus the shock absorber bearing I need to change when I move the wheel

You know as good as the K Series is, VTEC just doesn't hit as hard as it does in a H or B Series.

VTEC (which stands for Variable Valve Timing and Lift Electronic Control) ?? my ford focus got a ti vct engine wich means Twin Independent - Variable Cam Timing so thats the same but like ford version ?

The DOHC VTEC on the late 90s engines were more pronounced. You could hear exactly when it came on
