This looks like it was made with 200,000 polygons (especially the forest), but then disguised as a low poly animation by making everything have solid colors and blocky shapes.

Yep, that's absolutely great. Loads of character, fun and engaging. You have everything you need there to make a short story ( I mean a 10-15 minute video short ).
I dread to think about the amount of time and effort that you put into it, but hey, you got half the assets already!
