Truth is phantom is miles better than vandal and in case u need to take long to mid range dights then guardian andarshal both are miles better than vandal.
Also phantom do not have tracers so you can fk opponents off from behind the smokes

if you are low elo, like gold and under, always play vandal on attack side atleast, cuz its easier to get head shot with unlike phantom.

If I know I’m going long range I will pick vandal
If I know I’m like dashing in or something like that, phantom all the way

Phantom is one shot kill at head and vandal is too and phantom pretty much same damage at body parts as compared to vandal but phantom is like a faster but more reliable vandal

Imo if the vandal didnt have the 1 tap then 100% picking the phantom would be a no brainer

phantom is great if your team is playing with you but if you solo queue you almost have to run vandal just so you can secure those kills for the advantage
