ОтветитьWatched Pro Chef Reacts, now im here to see the original!
ОтветитьHe missed kewra water and raw desi ghee at the end
ОтветитьCan someone tell me where is the video with 140 million views?
ОтветитьIn what way did that become affordable? You have to buy hundreds of hard to find spices and they arent sold by the teaspoon.
ОтветитьYummy biryani ❤
ОтветитьFinally ...this time you fried the onions the right way.
ОтветитьThanks for this delicious recipe
Ответитьcan you please tell me how to care of the rice sticking at the bottom of the utensil while cooking it for last 40 min ?
ОтветитьYou nailed it.
ОтветитьAs a Bangladeshi i can say this is amazing 🤩
ОтветитьKilled it
ОтветитьЛазерсон тут учился?
ОтветитьDoesn’t look like a kilo rice to me
ОтветитьAndy I bet that dish is AMAZING!!😊
Ответитьomg that looks sooo good!
ОтветитьSomeone help with the list of ingredients...
ОтветитьJust bought your book. So looking forward to trying this stuff at home:) Your cooking is inspiring!
ОтветитьSuperb awesome ❤❤❤
ОтветитьSir just because you said Hyderabadi I gave it a like, also tomato is pulav or pilaf and not biryani.
ОтветитьSuch a lovely chef and cooks 😋😍
ОтветитьAvery good recipe, quite authentic just as I make it myself at home but I also add some Rose water for added flavour.
ОтветитьOi! Andy you should close the fridge 😉
ОтветитьSo hungry now. Making this tomorrow
ОтветитьExcellent
ОтветитьPlease try pilauo it is more tasty n flavour full than biryani
ОтветитьWhy is this dish so popular?
ОтветитьCan I Do this in a rice cooker? Why no oil when cooking chicken? 😊
ОтветитьGreat video, very well explained. But a couple of major disasters in the recipe. 1 kilo of rice! Do you have any idea how much rice that is, it's totally wrong. Especially with only the same weight of chicken in there. A third of that rice is still a high amount. And the 10 minutes on full heat destroys the dish. I have top quality Le Creuset and induction. I didn't put it at full heat and it still really burned the chicken. With these few tweaks, this would be a great recipe. But come on, mate, a kilo of rice!!!
ОтветитьYou should try Arroz Valenciana ..
ОтветитьI like a chef with a bit of a food gut
Ответить🌹🌹🌹👌Grazie.
ОтветитьI made this and it was so bad, idk where I fucked up except maybe at the end when I turned the heat up high for ten min. My stove is a little aggressive on the highest setting. Only the bottom was burnt tho the top was lacking flavor although it was very aromatic. All the mint and coriander turned bitter after getting cooked. Anybody else have this problem? Any tips to make it better? I really wanna make a good biryani.
Ответитьeven tho im in india i have yet to eat a good biryani.
ОтветитьNamada dum biriyinai ayinannu!
ОтветитьInteresting! Never heard of putting in mint in the biryani- but as long as it tastes good.
ОтветитьIts not delicious
ОтветитьWow, I can't leave to watch this recipe , Andy you are incredible, I love it so much, ❤❤❤
ОтветитьI can not wait to cook this!
ОтветитьI tried to make this and within the first 5 minutes of the high heat cooking my house was filled with smoke and the bottom layer of rice was burnt to a crisp. I'm pretty sure I followed the recipe as instructed (marinated chicken 24 hours), but maybe I didn't add enough yogurt to provide a fat layer on the bottom??? Helpp
ОтветитьOmg this guy is amazing 😮
Ответитьthis dish is so delicious you will never get tired of eating it...
there are even different version or styles made with mutton and bone in beef and some with cashew nuts pomegranate bits anf raisins. really delicious.
Followed it to the letter and bottom got burned
ОтветитьAmazing! However, didn't see u adding oil or fat to the chicken or rice.. In case of Biriyani, ghee/ clarified butter😊
ОтветитьWTF is tumeric?
ОтветитьSimple to follow instructions explains exactly what to do . Delicious spicy and aromatic Biryani .
ОтветитьThis recipe maybe good and accurate in terms of spices but that’s not 1kg of basmati rice. Also 1kg chicken is not enough chicken for 1 kg of rice. I cooked 1kg of chicken with 600g of rice and still there was not enough chicken per rice amount.
ОтветитьCome on, there is no chance Andy doesn't know how not to cry slicing onions....
