This worked for me, but suddenly the problem has come back after an nvidea gpu update and fullscreen optimization is still disabled, any other fixes or help would be appreciated

Doesn't disable full screen optimizations make your 4:3 res blackbars cause I did this with valorant back then then it made my go blackbars on every other aspect ratio apart from 16:9. Don't judg me I play 4:3 stretched

I need your help. I'm running a i9 9900KF and RTX 2070 from Asus Strix with 16GB ram @3200 Mhz, I am barely getting 200 fps in csgo at 1280x960 4:3 and very low graphics...this is just impossible to have that low fps. I have tried so many things but nothing has seemed to work. My windows version is 19041, i think i might have updated to that 20H2 version in windows and shouldn't have. Is there anything i should try or should i consider reinstalling my system?
