Im here because of Harold & Kumar 😂
ОтветитьThese two look like they genuinely enjoyed making this video together. It really makes me smile) Luv the outfit Amy's wearing at the beginning of the video...and she has a certain facial gesture that is so cute(!)... and it reminds me of a similar facial gesture that the beautiful(!) Mimi Rogers does...actually I see some overall similarity in their faces too...but luv this song and the video)
ОтветитьAwesome
ОтветитьThis is cool even for a Bible Baptist f......g redneck 😅🎉❤

ОтветитьAmy Grant is like sunshine on a rainy day. ….

ОтветитьIs there anything Elaine Benes can't do?
ОтветитьThe best fake boyfriend and girlfriend pairing ever for a music video. It’s amazing how much chemistry they displayed here (and, Good for Me). Great music, song and video. JME Stein was so cool looking.
ОтветитьI dedicate this song to my son Ronan Keating junior.
ОтветитьWhen I was a little kid...in 3rd grade, our teacher made the entire class sing this song for the entire school during an assembly.
Its only now as an adult, that I can retrospectively look back on it and say.... that was weird. :P
Best feel good music ever !
ОтветитьGreat Song for ever.
ОтветитьQue buena vibra tiene está cancion
ОтветитьI am 52 years old, love sing younger years bring beautiful memories.
ОтветитьNot the usual stuff i listen to, but Amy Grant baby, baby i've always liked, 90s. 💎
ОтветитьWhat i miss about the 80's-90's is you could make and sell quality music and you didn't have to be practically "naked in a video" to do it! What a wonderful time it used to be... talent, beauty and wholesomeness..... love Any Grant!!!
ОтветитьNot sure why that first dude ran afte Amy, his girlfriend looked the same as her !!! Great song great decade ❤️❤️
ОтветитьIf this is about the love of "God", that is quite a weird twist to the whole "love story" as it pertains to a "personal relationship" with a supernatural entity. Until age 13 I was restricted to only listening to Christian music. I was able to get out of that oppressive mess at age 17 and never converted and maintained the human default of atheist (not being convinced in the existence of supernatural entities) due to there being no peer reviewed demonstrable evidence to support that claim, and despite popular belief, the burden of proof is ONLY on the theists who make the claims, not those who are not convinced (do you believe in Santa, if not, prove it? is similar to do you believe in God? if not, prove it). Not sure if any theists really get it, but an unfalsifiable claim is just that, a claim that can only be justified with "faith", which means you have no reason to believe something, but you believe it anyway. I think theists also have a hard time grasping the fact that personal testimony does not equate to evidence, and that merely thinking a thought does not make it fact. Anyway, as a child I always wondered wtf she was singing about lol, you get to the end of the lyrics, it seems she is not talking about a lover, but rather a hunky sky wizard. I know for sure there were a lot of bands towards the end of the 90s that were mainly into Christian music for the merch money from touring, rich Christian families willing to spend lots of money on music and shirts, for sure they were not doing it for the Dove awards lol. There were a few good bands I liked back then, but most of it was pretty bad, looking back. I did like All Star United, that song "Bright Red Carpet" despite the lyrics being dumb lol. I saw Newsboys a few times, Supertones, Mayfair Laundry, Jars Of Clay, Damask Rose, Steven Curtis Chapman like 5 times lol, a few at Great America before Six Flags bought it. The fact that I was restricted like that was the last straw for me, as it was all hypocritical on my parent's part, as they would listen to oldies that had lyrics about anything from drinking, to infidelity, to violence, and almost all of it was secular, but just because it was nostalgic for them, they allow themselves to ignore their own rules. I am happy to say that all the rules I have for my 13-year-old son, I follow as well. My parents taught me exactly how not to raise children, and how important critical thinking, empathy, truth, honesty and integrity is, as all of those humanistic things predate theism, despite most theists actually believing that the bible created morality. Weird song I guess was my original plan for a comment, I just cannot let there be any confusion about why I am here. I do not restrict myself like I was when I was a child, in the exact opposite way, as if I only listened to music made by atheists I would have barely any music to listen to, because again, despite popular belief among theists, in America where I live, atheists make up only 3.1% of the population, as atheists are not the same as people who have not claimed a religion, you can be a theist (convinced in the existence of supernatural entities) and not claim a religion. Having said that, I must add, there cannot be any way 96.9% of the population can be persecuted, especially when quite a lot of the times right-wing conservative Christian Nationalist politicians write biblically fueled bills into legislation, which is unconstitutional, but allowed by the complacent left. Read over those lyrics, they make no sense, either way you look at it, it is questionable. Before any of you theists decide to judge me, either read, or re-read Corinthians 5:12.

ОтветитьAmy Grant videos on VH1 or MTV would make me fall in love. Madonna videos would send me straight to the shower. Having a crush on a 20 something year old amy grant as a teenage boy was a healthy experience.
ОтветитьGrowing up in the 90s was really a blessing. This is a classic
Ответить❤❤great song and singer beautiful legend
ОтветитьThere's just no getting over you
ОтветитьShe is a delight to the eyes and the ears.
Ответить[Verse 1]
Baby, baby
I'm taken with the notion
To love you with the sweetest of devotion
Baby, baby
My tender love will flow from
The bluest sky to the deepest ocean
[Chorus: Amy Grant]
Stop for a minute
Baby I’m so glad you're mine, yeah
You're mine
[Verse 2]
The stars are shining for you
And just like me I’m sure that they adore you
Baby, baby
Go walking through the forest
The birds above are singing you a chorus
[Chorus]
Stop for a minute
Baby, they're so glad you're mine, yeah
And ever since the day you put my heart in motion
Baby, I realize that there's just no getting over you
[Verse 3]
Baby, baby
In any kind of weather
I'm here for you always and forever
Baby, baby
No muscle man could sever
My love for you is true and it will never
[Chorus]
Stop for a minute
Baby, I'm so glad you're mine, yeah
And ever since the day you put my heart in motion
Baby, I realize that there's just no getting over you
Such a beautiful and happy song! I heard it yesterday on the radio as I was driving and blasted it and smiled! Great memories!
