Best Box Goggles? Skyzone Cobra X Hands On Review

I was told by Skyzone that you should not disassemble the faceplate as it's assembled in a dust free room in order to prevent any specs getting inside, so don't try it at home ;-)

Which camera did you use to test the goggles? I think my ratel 1 cam is causing colour shifting in the goggles

I’m unsure of how to word this but I need help. I am new to the FPV hobby yet not to drones in general. I want to get started and I have a rtf kit ready to purchase if I need to but I was going to purchase some things separately and get better parts to go with that drone. Anyway, I’m unsure of what controller to get with these goggles, I’ve looked up the receiver several times but to no avail when searching for something to go with it. please deeper test it. I have Skyzone Cobra X, and i think it reduce FPS. It is not 60/50fps. in my opinion it show 25/30 fps. image not smooth like a another analog fpv goggles.

Why i have worse quality on rf mix mode, diversity have way better clear sharp image? I use 1 patch antena and one omni? Everyone say mix is best but i don't think so.

My skyzone Cobra X came yesterday and we're out of the box dead. Not working i am so so so upset with the quality control of skyzone

Hello :) I have a problem and maybe you can help me. I would like to buy better antennas that will be suitable for both long (3km cinewhoop) and short (tinywhoop in garden) range flights. Beter to buy 2 omnis or one omni and one patch?

What I liked most is the fact that if you use the 18650 battery AND an external power source it will recharge the internal battery so it can be an backup battery!

Nice and detailed review! Would it be correct to assume that the range and reception quality of this and the sky04x would be the same since both have the same receiver?

I can't focus on the screen without my glasses because mine won't fit in, do you think if it is possible to replace the fresnel lens to -600?

It may be the best box goggle if it has got some focus adjustment. Fitting your glass is not a good option. It is awkward to wear glasses in goggle. Focusing dial should be a must for fpv nowadays.

They should have made an OLED versions

I've always loved my eachine EV800D. I never upgraded cause for what I did there was never a reason, but this takes hdmi in, uses a better module, and has a higher resolution screen. I need to get it.

thats a bit heavy for a 500gram box goggles. But quality is a wow factor. I better get this box goggles. I get dizzy on goggle type. and Im wearing eyeglasses.Thanks Gal Kramer :)

I have Quanum Genesis box goggles which do tend to generate eye strain but I have to wear reading glasses
to use them. I have to wear bifocal glasses all the time as I am both near and far sighted so any idea if I would still need reading glasses for these Cobra goggles ??
I know that to use dual lens goggles like Skyzone 03O's I would have to purchase Diopter lenses -7.5
Looks like these Cobra goggles have a different focus point from my Quanum goggles and maybe require
me to wear my prescription glasses !
I have considered buying DJI FPV goggles as they will accept diopters
Do you have to wear glasses or Diopters with the various goggles that you use ???

Unfortunately the name "X" and "S" sound very similar...most times it was hard to tell if you were saying "X" or "S", unless it was otherwise obvious via context.

how would you say these compare to the fatshark scout box goggle? i wear readers for small print but can use the scouts without any glasses .i wonder if these be the same
