At the end you say to restart the PC and then open the start menu to do this....
The whole point of the video is that the start menu doesn't work.
Here's a command line to restart your PC from the command line: shutdown -r -f -t 2
(-r is the reboot flag; -f is to force the command; -t is the time indicated (in seconds) before the command executes and the 2 are those seconds and can be set to whatever length)

The reboot in safe mode worked

Safe restart works if it broke from the new update guys!!!!!!

To those experiencing this, please first update your system before doing anything else

Bro I got an update that I cant open settings,file explore and start menu

I dont know what to do
I tried everything but it didnt work 😥

Nothing did work, but i uninstalled explorer patcher - which kept Start button hostile, after uninstall all was fine - sfc found no issues and button worked
