Hi been watching a lot of your vids for a long time now and been doing some internet research as well but i still cant decide which one to get and is better overall, this eufy e220 pan tilt or tapo c210 ? it will serve as a indoor 24/7 monitoring/recording cam.. mostly when I am away, i want to be able to RELIABLY (not laggy) check my cam feed/s using other gadgets like cellphone or laptop.. OR do you have any other brand/model suggestion?

Also thinking of getting 1 or 2 outdoor cam/s that can clearly see license plates of speeding motorcycles/vehicles specially during night time.

The 2-way conversation feature is not good. The user must hold down the talk button to speak. Some other camera models only need to press the talk button once to comfortably have a true two-way conversation. Eufy needs to improve this feature

Thanks for posting . . . However, you didn't say what to do if the LED doesn't turn solid blue when you first plug it in. Mine is flashing blue with no help that I can find on the ap. You also didn't indicate how to navigate to the "Add Device" pg. So right off the bat, your video had shortcomings.

Are there screw holes at the bottom (mounting plate)? where you attach the the mounting plate first on the surface (let say ceiling) then you screw the base to the mounting plate.

Any camera which has good audio cause this camera doesn’t pick up audio well

For some reason my camera when I put it at my desk the cameras view is upside down and I don’t know how to turn it can somebody help me please?

Not sure how does the storage work, does that mean when the storage hits 128Gb , thats it ? Camera not recording anymore ? Until we do what exactly ?

Great videos as always. One issue, when I turn my camera off through the app it won’t give me the option to turn it back on. I had to remove the device and reinstall

no email notification.. if someone is stealing the camera too, you ate fuc*ed... waste of money

DO NOT BUY. I bought 4 for indoor use while I’m travelling. One small power cut and the cameras all fail to reconnect to the wifi so they are totally useless now.

does the Eufy indoor camera can detect through glass?the 2c outdoor camera does not.

When the micro SD card is full, I wondered whether the old recordings are overwritten with new recordings ?

Dont buy these, the support from Eufy is horrible. They force you to prove you own the product before they even help, in 2023 when companies like Apple can tell you have warranty based on a serial number you shouldn’t need to prove you have warranty with a $99 camera because you cannot pull video off the camera due to major software issues.

This is the second issue, their software is horrible, you cannot pull ALL video off the camera at once, you must down load one at a time, the detection of movement is really bad. Ive had two break in’s in our cafes and both times NONE of the cameras detected the person getting in, they detected a car or person going past the same window earlier but a person it cannot see. This results you in scanning 6 hours of footage to find the time they broke in and due to the terrible load with encryption the footage stops and starts or the app cannot see the camera. I have 8 cams at 3 sites on 3 wifi networks all with different access points and all of them have the same issue so its not the equipment its the cameras. EUFY made good software early but as they grew their support and software went to rubbish, dont buy these devices or if you do expect ZERO support

If you mount this camera upside down it shows on your phone upside down. Is there a way to correct that? It would seem like eufy would have some sort of auto correct. It does say in the instructions that you can mount it upside down.
