as an uzbek i can say totally wrong, uzbek rice (osh) or palov is cooked with totally different way, not this way at all, this is how to cook arabic and indian rice but not uzbek, and uzbek has their own different rice based at every different states of Uzbekistan, for example kokand city (my city) has the best type rice which called chungara devzra rice, albert learn it once again please, you have done wrong, with all respect from your uzbek follower 🇺🇿🇹🇷
