ОтветитьThanks a lot for the hints. I used to be an athlete in the past. Today I am 60, and despite getting older I was doing well until I got sick 2 years ago and lost all my strength. I am coming back. I can do half of the exercises I used to, but push-ups are terrible. I simply lost my arms strength. Today I am able to do only by 10. I am trying to get over everything I have coming through. I changed my diet and lost 25 kg in 3 weeks. I think I am doing well so far. Thanks again for all. Hug.

ОтветитьYo @BullyJuice I’m 54 - starting changing my lifestyle like 2 years ago when my doc said to lose some weight (I was 6’2” and like 218 and felt like crap), so I listened to him and lost about 20 pounds and started push ups (not religiously, here n there - once or twice a week) got up to about 25 just doing ONE set only and got stuck there until like - now. I only just saw your video. I think I saved it along time ago and forgot about it and I just did what you did for the first time ever except for I could only do 10 push-ups three times and then only seven push-ups two times - so 5 total sets with the 30 sec in between. My arms were freaking rubber. Seriously I could only do that second thing you did where are you slowly lower yourself one time seven of them and I was done and then I was able to do that plank position in a full push-up stance for 30 seconds and collapse. Omg, I’m shaking still - that fucked me up, lol but it’s good. I’ve been slacking with winter here. One thing that helped everything is my son got me to start playing basketball. I had never done that my entire life until I was 50 years old. I was just playing one on one with him and then when he went to college two years ago I started playing with random people you know outdoor court, streetball and I became addicted. It was just so awesome. I would do it sometimes for three hours a day and it has kept me fit as far a cardio. I haven’t been to a gym in 10 years and lifting any weights whatsoever other than just doing my push-ups at home. But now the outdoor stuff is gone to because of the winter early darkness cold here in Brooklyn New York - depressing- anyway all of this is for one question do you do this work out every single day or do you just do it every other day I still can’t get an answer on which one to do going forward. ОтветитьThat's cool I'm trying to lose some weight. First I do 10 push-ups every day. After my workout I try to do some excersises for my hips, but I don't see a change. Does someone have excersises for hips and legs? I'm a beginner and I want to lose some weight.
ОтветитьSo, how many times per week/day should this be done? I know rest is important for recovery and muscle growth, but I almost feel like this isn't enough for significant growth. (My current max is 30.)

MAX/3=push-ups per set (5 sets)
MAX/6=negatives per set (5 sets)
30 sec plank (3 sets)
30 sec rest between every set
If you get a decimal that’s .4 or lower, round down, .5 or higher round up.

ОтветитьThank u I had fun surprisingly my arms feel like I accomplished something Amen I feel the tension in my arms your method was very achievable. My blood pressure went u145/80 so I was working out with a weight like 25 pound cement rock doing squats and lifting it up doing my reps but it can be a number of this not enough rest when I cry that emotion weigh on my heart it can when I'm praying I cry heavy when I'm mourning a loved ones I cry hard I love salt and sugar I don't drink enough water I don't have income to eat a disciplined way but I take my vitamins so I can put something on my stomach I go to food banks and get get food and veggies to get thru Amen I stop smoking I stop drinking alcohol learning to give my problems to God his will not mine so I don't be so in a anxiety mood about things read and study the Bible more meditation talk to loved ones not to isolate myself so much I'm 42 and blood pressure is way too high but I will continue to do workouts with your your skills amen bless you for your time and n bless your wife n babies amen and sorry for the loss of your dog.
