Better buff too dmg base 600 - 650 and fire rate 1s. - 0.8s.

I've been wanting to do this but didn't want to hear my team bitch about me throwing

I can't wait for the buff they are doing so he'll be back to hitting for 800+ per shot. It won't be no 840 DMG with 50% increased healing on Moxie, but it'll be 810. Any bit of extra damage is nice with all of the Haven + Veteran meta, but he does have potential of being too strong when combo-ing Moxie with next patch Kill to Heal. I'm really surprised they haven't fixed Pip or Buck's lifesteal cards having 0 diminishing returns either. With that extra damage, he'll probably get up to 900+ healing per shot with Acumen 5 w/ life rip 3. Insane Pip players like rockmonkey will even be more of a unit next patch for sure 👀
