hey mark! i have been a long time fan of yours and i have adhd too. however, mine was so severe that they put me on meds at 3 years old, alongside the diagnosis. i’ve been on adderall 15 out of the 18 years of my life, and i feel really useless when i’m not on it. when i am, however, i’m an absolute zombie now. it’s awful. your talk about your experience with it has really given me hope to try and manage my long time diagnosis that seems to eat up my life. thank you!!! i’d love to hear more about how you manage

And I nodded off, to not your video but like I was feeling off so I pass out but still hear you and when I started to hear lol Amanda. I like snap awake or start to come to life again and it’s just what she said about the sheep. “ sheep don’t talk” and that voice lol. I knew where it was going and ok I’m really really bad at trying to explain emotions and stuff but and when I saw the cool puzzles. I instantly did them all to. I can remember numbers good and if it’s fun math can be fun. it like really simulated my mind. That’s what I was trying to say. and when she did do what I thought lol I just loved that. and ya when she wrestled the sheep. I don’t know that feeling but hopefully people get it. It’s just really really funny and the puzzles. Lol you didn’t actually help the sheep lol. I was guessing she’d cut his mouth or something but she said the brain. if I was the sheep lol I’d have gotten away at “ sheep don’t talk” I wanna watch more games like this but with even more puzzles and in that like way. I’m not smart but I really like puzzles. Ya these videos are great.

Every time you talk or mention your ADHD it only reminds me that I wanna and probably more and more need to. I don’t wanna give up on it. I guess in the small town I live in Canada ( they call themselves a city) they don’t wanna help and basically said no. I have narcolepsy and ok with that for years now but I guess last 5 years I knew something new happened. Technically it’s not new even I just noticed things are getting worse. I talk really fast and have trouble doing things now and get distracted and all that. It’s werid because I used to think I was good at things but realized a few years ago that ya no I’m really not. And it’s easy things. I must have a low level of whatever it is. My mom is a nurse and is saying it’s autism. She’s guessing and ya she told me I can’t self diagnosis because it’s not right. I wish people would wanna test me. They said no and that nothing is wrong.. but I’ve not seen anyone yet. Big list of things but takes to long to text. I talk like I text my mind is always very fast. And I can never sit down. when I’m sitting the emotions get to high and lol actually cancel out my narcolepsy and I pass out. but no one understands anything I say. But then again how can they? I don’t have narcolepsy big or anything I’ve never fallen it’s very on a light scale. I’ve been feeling only those who have it badly are looked at. Seems wrong but I don’t know it’s very confusing really. But ya I’m a deep light sleeper I call myself. I do pass out from this new or not new problem since I can’t calm down. I pass out then being clam I guess but ya I paralyzed not fully. I can move and many times very aware of everything around me. But ya it the other narcolepsy people I’ve talked to … I can’t relate because they need hard core drugs and actually fall down. So my narcolepsy has been cancelled out the first …. And people just think it’s my sleep condition. I know deep down something is up cause I thought it was odd my sleeping thing got worse when I was doing really well to the point where some days it’s like it was cured or something. but I know it won’t go fully backwards…. Ya I really don’t like telling people. and we’ll I’ve learned a lot about the world and things people don’t believe in. but ugh ya sooo lucky you can ask to be tested… and they do it?? I hate this phone I’m not fixing any spelling mistakes or whatever my mind fills in blanks so I’m assuming others can to lol. But ya I like watching these videos it makes me feel better also I have been diagnosed with narcolepsy but thank goodness that happened at 12. Ugh also I’m starting to think I’m not even writing right anymore. my human communication went way down … but technically it was always low comfortably down. I actually like being isolated but feel like that’s wrong and we’ll it feels like Bla. I texted to fast but to lazy to fix it.
