For the dueling personalities I think instead of one evil, and the other the actual medic, I think there's three. The red being the one medic is trying to hide and is constantly battling with. And the blue a righteous one that will do anything to achieve their goal. The three personalities are combating ALL THE TIME.

Possibly the plauge doctor is medics failed respawn.

Other theory about the 63 Emesis Diazepam is that Blu gives Caducated Pills in order to act like a placebo, knowing the effect expected is close to nothung.
That way, if someone notifies side effects of Blu's Diazepam, they'll know these people have been affected by the respawn machine.
That's why the ad of the trailer put side effects of brain damage instead of the proper ones from diazepam, and the reason why is indicated also to schizophrenia instead an antipsychotic

What comes to mind is a line from Battleborn, when one of the chracters respawns. Oscar Mike, who is a cloned soldier not unlike clone troopers in Star Wars, bred and trained to fight an endless war. Sometimes when he respawns, he'll drop the line "So... Am I a new clone, or...?" aware, but unsure of the respawn process. God I miss Battleborn.

For my family, I have watched this film 6 times through and kept noticing stuff

I think the moment where the red mutated scout gets a crowbar implanted in his dome is a "easter egg" to the moment when the soldier had a hallucination and his scout teammate was climbing the ladder and got shot by an enemy sniper.

id like if they add another video detailing what medic did after he respawned and call it a 'postmortem episode' or smth like that, as a funny cheeky reference. i mean, archibald smiling at medic might mean he knows he will be respawning and that episode could be about the medic taking revenge on archibald for his corruptness. who knows, even scout is there so he might even be able to respawn.
