Non another platform let you do the same, just bitfinex has loyalty politic to allow you earn like that.

that's the thing i'm doing during long time, while btc is falling down it's the best way to earn smth, i'm interested is it the easiest way to do it on bitfinex or other exchanges is sutable for that, binance for example?
